In Colorado, small claims cases are limited to $7,500 and under, except some cities have special rules that limit your judgment to less. There are avenues which we can pursue to get around those reduced limits, and that is what we do at no extra cost.
All of our clients pay the one time fee of $149 to review and start your case.
As we collect your judgment, and it may take some time to do so, we split the funds collected 50% - 50%. We absorb all costs involved in the process in our 50%.
You will receive a monthly accounting of money collected and a check for your 50% of that months proceeds
