Our $149 fee covers all document filings with the court clerk and our attendance at every court hearing regarding your matter. Our expenses are covered in our share of what we collect. Note that upon our collecting ALL of your judgment, we can and will go back to court and file a motion for the other party to reimburse you our costs, the 50% you paid us plus interest. Sometimes a judge will give you 100%, sometimes 25% but that work is also what we do at no additional cost to you!
